Houseboat packages include the chef, skipper, guide and a fishing/leisure/birding boat.

Includes:
• Exclusive use of Houseboat and tender boats
• Crew: Houseboat captain, chef, guide/deck hand
• Fishing license ( 1 March – 31 December)
• Fuel (limit of 150l per day)
• All meals – Breakfast, lunch and dinner
• All drinks limited to local beers, spirits, soft drinks & house wines
• Filtered water, teas and coffees are available at all times
• Fishing tackle

 

Excludes:
• Premium Alcohol brands - Available on request at extra charge
• Laundry facilities are not available
• External Activities such as Mokoro, Tsodilo Hills
• All transfers and flights

 

Special Notes:
• A refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a reservation
• The full balance is required 30 days before arrival – Non Refundable
• Reservations made 7 days or less before arrival date, require a full non-refundable payment to secure a reservation.
• All additional payments must be settled prior to departure of guests.
• Check-In time is between 2pm and 6pm, and Check-Out time is 8am-10am.
• The Okavango Belle can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests sharing
• 5 en-suite Bedrooms with twin/double beds
• Spacious en-suite bathrooms with showers only
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a chest freezer, upright fridge and gas stove

as well as an upright fridge freezer in the bar
• All power is solar generated and to be used sparingly
• NO hairdryers or element-operated appliances
• Insect repellent is essential
• Alternative activities available on request
• Any dietary requirements and/or allergies must be declared at least 7 days prior to arrival
• No children under the age of 12 are permitted
• Residents and SADEC rates are available upon request and subject to availability
• The houseboat is comprehensively insured for third party and public liability
